Divali in the Nursery

All week the Nursery children have been learning about the Hindu festival of Divali.

They have listened to the story of Rama & Sita, dressed up in traditional clothes and jewellery as well as making their own clay divas. The highlight was Yash showing us all how to dance, Bollywood style.

The children have had a wonderful time dancing along to the beat, whilst learning all about one of  their friend's religious festivals.
