Projects

In recent years, the Parents' Association has raised funds for a variety of projects benefiting the Preparatory and Senior Schools. Some examples are in providing lighting equipment for Performing Arts, a trampoline, playground equipment and surfaces, and supporting the provision of interactive whiteboards throughout the school.

 

Amazing Artificial Grass
New artificial grass was laid in Holly Hedge over the summer holidays and has proved a big hit with our younger pupils who will now hopefully be able to use the enlarged play area all year round. A big thank you to the PA whose generous donation of £5,000 towards the cost of the installation made this possible. The children love it!

In 2009 - 10, the PA raised over £10000 through membership, various events and other activities. This was used to complete the whiteboard project, provide Early Years playground shade, a memorial bench and a trophy cabinet, the remainder being carried over to help with some large projects next year. 

Super Shading in Nursery
Lovely new shading was installed over the summer holidays and is already a bit hit with the youngest pupils in our Beechnuts Nursery. The distinctive red retractable shade will allow them to access the outdoors come rain or shine. Thank you very much to the PA for providing the funds to make this happen.
