Outstanding Results in LAMDA Exams

In May this year, students from Years 11-13 took their LAMDA examinations for Grade 6 Bronze Medal, Grade 7 Silver Medal and Grade 8 Gold Medal. The results were outstanding: seven Gold Medals with Distinction and one Merit; two Silver Medals with Distinction and two passes and three Bronze Medals with Distinction.
LAMDA exams at this level are accredited by the QCA so a Distinction at Grade 8 Gold is worth just over an AS level in terms of UCAS points - very useful when applying for university places! Congratulations to all those who took part and we look forward to the results for the Group Devised examinations taken by Years 7 - 10 which are due later in the summer.
