Mosque Visit

On Monday, Year 8 went to visit the Mosque in Camden Road. The Imam greeted us and we had to take our shoes off before we went in. First he talked about the five Pillars of Islam. Then he showed us the Qur'an, the Islamic holy book and the place where he chants the Call to Prayer. This is broadcast to devices that Muslims have to listen to remind them to pray and to hear the sermon on a Friday. When we left we thanked him for an informative visit.
