Sixth Form Ball

With the volcanic ash cloud that brought British Airspace to a standstill now a distant memory we managed to hold the rescheduled Leavers' Ball last Friday in the Victorian Lecture Theatre of the Salomon centre. 

As tradition dictates the Headmaster was on hand to greet the guests with Bucks Fizz and as with previous years it was lovely to welcome back some familiar faces.  This year we had the first of our very own gentlemen resplendent in their dinner suits and of course a myriad of beautiful ball gowns and dresses. 

After the sumptuous four course meal the tables were cleared back to allow the guests to dance the night away.  This is a delightful event and went particularly well this year with both pupils and staff clearly enjoying themselves.
