Team Work Makes the Dream Work

On Wednesday, Year 12 spent the day participating in various activities which helped all of us to understand things: how to read people and communicate more effectively with one another; to recognize how a great team behaves and works together; and finally we learnt to develop our assertiveness skills and ability to create support for each other. We learnt to acknowledge and accept each other's personalities and value them equally. We recognized what and who we were through  the "Team Thinking Company" who were all so helpful and encouraging.
