A Level Results 2026
Students across Year 13 have had their hard work, resilience and ambition rewarded with another strong set of A Level results this year.
At Beechwood, we are incredibly proud of the achievements of every student and delighted to celebrate the exciting destinations they will now progress to. From Law and Aeronautical Engineering to Education, Finance, History, Creative Writing and Sport, our students have secured places on an impressive range of courses in the UK and overseas.
This year’s destinations include the University of Bristol, University of Exeter, University of York, University of Surrey, Oxford Brookes University, Bath Spa University, University of Greenwich, University of Plymouth, Canterbury Christ Church University, Plumpton College and Neosho College in the USA.
The breadth of courses reflects the individuality and ambitions of our Sixth Form students, with destinations including Law, Liberal Arts with Study Abroad, Aeronautical Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Primary Education with QTS, English and Creative Writing, Sport Management, Sports Business, Wine Production and Business Management, History, and Business Management and Geography.

- 54% A*–C Grades
- 87% secured their first-choice university or destination
- 100% of students wishing to go to university secured a place on a course they want to study
Particular strengths this year included Criminology, BTEC Sport, Economics and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
These outcomes are the result not only of academic dedication, but also of the strong relationships, guidance and support that define life at Beechwood Sixth Form. Our students are known as individuals, encouraged to think independently and supported every step of the way as they prepare for life beyond school.
We are enormously grateful to our staff and families for the encouragement and care they provide throughout each student’s journey, and we congratulate the Class of 2026 on all they have achieved.
