About the Position
- To ensure the effective teaching of Business and Information Technology to all pupils in the Senior school, helping them to develop both inside and outside the classroom.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Facilitating hands-on learning experiences, including projects and experiments, to enhance students’ understanding and application of design concepts.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels empowered to express their creativity and ideas.
- Integrating technology tools and resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant degree in Business, IT or a related field and QTS ( essential )
- Significant experience teaching up to GCSE and A Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to curriculum design.
- Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Strong commitment to continued personal development
