High Level TA

We are looking for experienced and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team of exceptional educators.

About The Role and You

Contract Type: Full-time, Mon to Fri, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, permanent, term time only

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students both inside and outside the classroom
  • Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans
  • Monitoring and evaluating student responses to learning activities through a range of predetermined assessment and monitoring strategies against given learning objectives.
  • Fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with students in a SEND role (essential)
  • English and Dyslexia Assessment specialty
  • Dyslexia assessment trained
  • Has excellent English and Maths skills [GCSE C or grade 4 required]
  • Has a compassionate and empathetic approach towards supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Has a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant SEN qualification.
