Presenting Tea Cakes

The Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition students took part in Tunnocks Teacake Challenge.

The task was to decorate a teacake using a range of presentation techniques.

They made fruit coulis, caramel and biscuit crumb and drizzled their sugar, syrup, coulis and cocoa over their plates producing some fantastic results.
